This is the nicest doctors office I have ever dealt with. Dr. Rachidi is incredibly attentive, patient, and thorough. He never once made me feel rushed despite coming in with a laundry list of concerns and offered me multiple options for treatment while helping me understand the pros and cons of each route. He actually took time to understand my lifestyle and tailor his recovery advice. In dealing with the clinical staff to have a prescription tweaked they were so kind. The front desk promptly returned my calls and are also very friendly and welcoming. The office itself is brand new and immaculate. Glad to have found Elite Dermatology as a new practice.

Dr. Rachidi was the first dermatologist I've gone to, and I am glad I chose to see him. He is very friendly and took my concerns seriously. He explained his treatment plan very well, and I felt very comfortable during my visit. The rest of the staff were also incredibly warm and friendly. Loved the availability of virtual appointments!!! I’ve always had trouble seeing my Derm because they didn’t offer any virtual appts, which required that I take time off work. This is so much more convenient for things that don’t require in person review. I booked and got in a same-day appointment.

I also thought Dr Rachidi had a great bedside manner and had a helpful recommendation for next steps.
