Dr. Rachidi is exceptional in his bedside manner and knowledge. He knows his stuff and will guide you and take your opinion on different approaches for treatment. This is beyond his control, but wait times can vary significantly based on his patients. I highly encourage the office to consider ways to shorten the wait time. But again, this is beyond his control and doesn’t negate the great care he gives to his patients.

I had an excellent experience at Elite Dermatology with Dr. Saleh Rachid. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and the office ran on time, which I always appreciate. Dr. Rachid was courteous and professional throughout. What stood out most was how much time he took to explain everything — what he was looking at, why he was recommending a particular approach, and what I could expect at each step. He never rushed, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I actually understood before moving on. That kind of thoroughness is rare and made a real difference in how comfortable I felt. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the plan. I'd recommend Dr. Rachid and Elite Dermatology without hesitation.

As a healthcare provider myself I usually completely disregard online reviews of other healthcare providers because I know that we could provide the best possible care, even save someone's life, and still get a terrible review. But I do feel inclined to publicly write that Dr. Rachidi is outstanding. He saw my mother, who is disabled and has Alzheimer's twice and could not have been better. His bedside manner is excellent and his treatment plan improved not only my mother's chronic skin conditions but also her quality of life. Dr. Rachidi is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and flexible. When there was an issue with wheelchair transportation, he saw my mother between seeing other patients, as he clearly understood what an endeavor it was to get her to him. I would recommend him to anyone and told the care management agency and nursing home to recommend his practice to other clients. Thank you for your outstanding care!

I absolutely loved this clinic! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I had this horrid looking keratosis that had me so unnerved, and Dr Rachidi just came in so positive and explained things so clearly, I was immediately set at ease. I think I've spent longer filling up my gas tank than the time it took for him to fix the problem and make it practically disappear with no pain whatsoever. He was very skilled and gentle. Parking was also ample and easy to access. Thank you, Elite!

Dr Rachidi is extremely thorough. He spotted a lesion on my leg that tested positive as pre-cancerous. He treated it promptly. The practice is very friendly and supportive.
